- If ordering, please do
not include credit card numbers when emailing. We will contact and/or
invoice you before processing your order. Alternately, you can email or
fax your order or query and include credit card numbers.
- We endeavour to ship orders as quickly as possible, usually within 24
- 48 hours for items we commonly stock. As we supply a large range of
different sizes and colours we often have to produce items to fulfil orders,
which obviously takes longer. We can advise you of the approximate time
required to fulfil your order.
- It is much easier for us to ship complicated orders of multiple candles
if you are somewhat flexible about the colour and scent combinations,
as we don't always stock large quantities of less popular sizes in all
colours.
- Typical freight rates are as
follows.
For same day deliveries in
Sydney we use Bonds couriers. Rates vary depending on the quantity shipped
and destination, usually from $20 - $50. We can provide quotes prior to shipping.
For one or two cartons to Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra, Brisbane and larger regional centres we use Fastway
Couriers door to door overnight service. The carton size limit is 25kg.
Especially bulky items such as lanterns may incur an additional freight
charges for excess volume.
The cost for Fastway delivery in Sydney is $14.00 for up to twenty five kilos.
For other cities the cost is $17.00 for the first five kilos
and then $4.50 for each additional five kilos. These are estimates only and may vary.
Newcastle, Wollongong and the NSW Central Coast are $15.00 for up to 25kg.

For quantites greater then 2 cartons we also use Blue Star Logistics
which can make the per carton price cheaper then Fastway Couriers.
Please note that while we pack orders as carefully as we reasonably can, we cannot take responsibility for breakages in transit. This is especially the case with our wax lanterns.
For other areas we typically use Australia Post. The costs vary but we
find it to generally be the most economical choice for smaller towns
and remote locations. We use other methods for large orders of multiple
cartons and orders to Western Australia, Northern Territory and Tasmania.
